To Add a Pinless Phone Number
1. Dial an access number from the phone number you wish to set up the pinless calling.
2. Follow the voice prompt to choose a language and enter your PIN
3. Press "90#" as the system is prompted for the destination number.
4. Follow the prompts and confirm the set up.
Use another PIN (at the phone number where DirecDial is already set up)
1. Dial an access number from the phone number where DirecDial is already set up.
2. Press "98#" as the system is prompted for the destination number.
3. After that, you will be prompted to enter you PIN number and then destination.
To Remove a Pinless Phone Number
1. Dial an access number from the phone number where pinless is already set up.
2. Press "91#" as the system is prompted for the destination number.
3. Follow the prompts and confirm the removal of feature.

Recharge Instruction |
Check the requirments in the following for recharge a pin
1. Dial an access number;
2. Follow the voice prompt and enter your PIN (If DirecDial is already set up, go to the next step);
3. After you are prompted for the destination number, simply press "92#"
4. Enter the PIN number that you would like to transfer the balance from and followed by the "#" key;
5. Then follow the prompts to confirm the transfer.
Requirements
Both the Balance Transfer "From" and "To" PIN numbers must be active & valid.
Both the Balance Transfer "From" and "To" PIN numbers should not have expired.
Both the Balance Transfer "From" and "To" PIN numbers must have the same rate table.
Both the Balance Transfer "From" and "To" PIN numbers should not be "in-use" at the moment of transfer.
Upon completion of the transfer, the expiration date of Transfer "From" PIN will be extended for additional 6 months.
The Transfer "From" PIN must have NO first use.
The Balance Transfer "From" and "To" PIN number should not be the same.
