1). Dial the toll free number which you will receive along with your PIN#. The phone you call from should have China domestic long distance service enabled, otherwise you cannot make calls to these two numbers. Calls cannot be made using extention phones, China Personal Handy Phone System--"Xiao Ling Tong", 200, 201, 17910, 17920, 17930 and other irregular phone service. There is no charge to call these two numbers)
2). After hearing the ring tone three times, please hang up.
3). Our system will call you back within 5 to 10 seconds. Please note if you are using an extension phone, your call will not go through
4). When the phone rings, please pick up.
5). Follow the invoice prompt to enter your PIN, then dial your destination number: Country code-Area Code-Phone Number
Please dial country code without any zero prefix. For example, call the USA from China, please dial 1-626-8123456; For China domestic call: please dial 86-10-81234567.
6). In a few seconds, you will be conntected to your destination number. Enjoy Talking!
